Turn Around Time
Because we are a handmade shop our turn around time varies. Please check the banner at the top of the page or message us for current turn around time. Turn around time is the time it takes us to make your product, that time does not include shipping time.
RTS - Next business day unless personalized then 3 - 5 days
Special order fabrics - 5 - 6 weeks
Nap mat, backpack, lunchbox bundles - 5 -6 weeks
Kindermat cover sets - 2 - 3 weeks
Roll-up nap mats 4 - 6 weeks
Baby Bedding - 4 - 5 weeks
Nap mats, nap mat covers, pillowcases, and blankets are machine washable and dryer safe normal cotton setting. We pre-wash our fabric in mild detergent.
NEVER iron Minky, it will melt.
Roll up nap mats - remove the pillow before washing, and attach the velcro to itself. Do not wash roll up nap mats in a top loading agitator machine.

We totally get it, sometimes we get busy and life sneaks up and we're here to help! We have a ready to ship section and we are often able to accommodate a rush order. Send us a message with the item you are interested in and your zip code and we will work with you on delivery options.
Return and Exchanges
We want you to love your item(s), but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange and shipped back to me with in 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with tags still attached and unused. Sale items are final sale only no returns or refunds. If you exchange an item we will pay to ship back to you, you pay to ship to us. Personalized items MAY NOT be returned unless the error was made by Carli’s Closet.

You should expect to receive your refund /exchange within four weeks from the item(s) received back to Carli’s Closet, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund much faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please contact us if you are not completely 100% happy with your purchase.
Each order is carefully packed and shipped. We ship USPS and offer free USPS ground shipping. You may choose a different shipping method at check out. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price and insurance ( Priority Mail includes $50 worth of insurance) is available upon request for an additional charge.
Once the package leaves our hands and is accepted at the shipping carrier, it is – quite literally – out of our hands.
For the rare instances where a package is returned to us as un-deliverable, forwarding order expiration, or any other potential issues, we will let you know immediately. We will provide the options to repay shipping and have it sent out again.
