Shipping and Returns
We want you to love your item(s), but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return most new, unused items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with tags still attached and unworn. Sale items are final sale only. If you exchange an item we will pay to ship back to you, you pay to ship to us. Personalized items MAY NOT be returned unless the error was made by Carli’s Closet.
You should expect to receive your refund /exchange within four weeks from the item(s) received back to Carli’s Closet, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund much faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
